Ordering and Important Blondie Bits

Blondie is a home-based bakery, everything is made in Blondie’s bake studio. There is no official storefront, nor walk-in opportunities. All orders are made custom and scheduled at your convenience. Pick-up and delivery options are available (delivery fees vary depending on location). Are you in need of your treats shipped? Blondie has you covered – there are many shippable products including The Cookies Menu and The Vault Menu!

The best way to place your order is by messaging (864)854-2047 or emailing bakedxblondie@gmail.com. If you’re interested in getting a quote for a custom cake/set of cupcakes, we ask that you fill out the inquiry form below.

For most menu items, these products include gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Upon receiving your order an ingredient list will be provided. It is also important to list any dietary needs you may have. Your satisfaction and safety are top priorities. Everything is made entirely from scratch, using high-quality ingredients.

Blondie also caters to special dietary needs! Keto? Sugar-Free? Gluten-Free? Food Allergies? You can have your cake and eat it too! Prior to placing your order, please list all food sensitivities and Blondie can discuss any questions and concerns in regards to your purchase.

Upon receiving your cake/cupcake order, please carry the box(s) by the bottom. Do not attempt to hold the box by the sides or from the top. 

Cake/Cupcake boxes should remain level at all times including transport, storage, and display.

Place your order in an air-conditioned vehicle (to ensure the buttercream doesn’t melt). Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops and sharp turns.

Once you arrive to your destination, store your cake/cupcakes in the fridge. All cakes must be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in the fridge.

Take the cake out to display 1-2 hours before serving and serve at room temperature.

Store all leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge until consumed.

For any orders topped with toppers, these are to be removed before slicing. Please note that toppers are not intended to be eaten - they are for decorative purposes only. Some cakes may have edible toppers, any edible toppers will be listed on the ingredient label.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your order, regardless of the order (This includes menu items as well as custom cakes/cupcakes). Once the deposit has been made, you will receive a confirmation order and the baking process will begin.

Due to all orders being made-to-order, Blondie will be enforcing a cancelation policy. In the case you need to cancel your order, you must contact ‘Blondie’ no later than 3 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date. As a busy individual, I completely understand a cake crisis (an emergency) can happen, in the case of an event where a cancelation is made within 3 days of your order we are more than willing to move the order date or a credit can be applied towards future purchases.

Blondie’s pick-up location can be found in Greenwood, SC – operating from Monday to Sunday (Sunday hours are limited). All orders are made custom and scheduled for pick-up at your convenience. Delivery options are also available (delivery fees vary depending on location).
